The unit is a nice size and affordable for a single home family however the maintenance is very poor I wouldnt recommend these apartments weve been going without hot water for a week now without any corrections they just replace the water heater about 3 months ago so I am confused why I am having this situation the on site maintenance men response is that they cannot do anything its 4 other units having the same issue they do not fix repairs and if they do its rigged

I loved living here, the office staff is so welcoming especially the Property Manager Plechette she is always so helpful and maintenance comes very fast and they are friendly and attentive. We had some hiccups with the old management but once the new management came in it has been a nice experience.

Ive been renting an apartment here for almost a year now and I dont have too many negative comments to say while there are some flaws of course. Lets get to the good. Property manager Ari(spell check) he is now on site at the leasing office assuring everything is running smoothly and to me he is doing great! He is very professional and kind . He inquires about the condition and satisfaction of your unit if you go and speak with him. He will introduce himself with a firm handshake lol. If youre late he is calling to touch bases and you dont find many to operate this way. The laundry and fitness room now have key Forbes which is super safe; at first it was always unlocked and that wasnt really safe. Super affordable for a small single family. A fresh start apartment or a first time renter. The cons: walls are paper thin. I can hear my neighbors television lol. Field mice are very present so get a cat ! Maintenance is a little slow but theyre friendly young guys. Overall Ive been satisfied with my time here thus far .
