The Falls at Roland Park

Imagine paying 2k a month and CANT control your air. Each apartment has old radiators (listed as luxury) that produce heat whether its on or not and management gets to decide when to turn the air on! And NO utilities are NOT included in the rent . Please stay away from this expensive, old ran down, sweat box, Im regretting this move ! Most of the reviews are fake; they offer a $50 gift card for 5 star reviews!

The worst experience in my life the maintenance man Anthony is a thief he went in to my apartment stole my ps5 the leasing office did nothing about just last week the same maintenance man broke into my work van stole all my equipment I have witness and he was caught on camera and still has his job the property manager and stuff in leasing office are all working together they try to cover for him but he got caught and returned my belongings to me be careful they do not care at all they just brush things off like it never happens

5/5 stars--I've been a renter with The Falls since 2020 and will be until I have to leave the Mount Washington/ Roland Park area. Excellent service, always prioritize tenants and are truly understanding and professional. The staff at The Falls are always reachable and willing to go above and beyond to ensure you have a safe, clean, comfortable place to live. I feel so lucky to live here! I've always felt safe and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood-like feel this community offers. Would (and have) recommended The Falls at Roland Park to many friends moving to the area.

I have been here four years now and find it very comfortable, quiet, and always get a quick response on maintenance issues. I choose the garage option and it is well worth it, especially in the winter. The front office and maintenance staff are always friendly and helpful. I recommend The Falls at Roland Park.
