        This has to be the absolute worst place in the city of Baltimore to live!!!!!!!!! Ive been dealing with an issue with them for almost a year now that still havent been resolved! So I moved out in July of 2023 now mind you they explain to us that we have to give tell them two months in advance that you are leaving. The process of doing so is via the app they have which I did and when is accepted they will send you a email stating that its been submitted and approved. They never approved of it and when I moved out it looked as if I moved out without notice. I called in the same month I moved out to rectify the situation and I was gaslit repeatedly on the issue getting resolved, to the point they charged me an extra moths rent and allowed it to go to collections which Im still dealing with till this day! Its been since last July when I moved out. The staff is very unprofessional especially the property manager, the two years I was living there I had no AC, hot water on and off, you have to pay to park which is 200 a month, electric bill was double when Renew management took over the building, they were overcharging us making us pay a bill that wasnt ours. Internet suck! Electricity was on an off, I mean I can go on and on. The fact that they didnt do their job which ruined my credit then on top of that they wont answer the phone when they see me calling. I went to talk to the property manager and I can hear her in her office saying tell him Im busy Im mean the level of unprofessionalism is beyond outrageous. I would not recommend NOBODY to mover their! Check for yourself on the better business bureau they have a F rating for a reason. I will be taking legal action on them for pain and suffering. Last thing, if you call trinity-pm a voicemail automatically answers so you will never talk to someone in corporate. DONT MOVE THERE!
