Good morning, I recently recently moved into Westerlee A week ago and I am Loving it the neighbors are friendly there is nobody just hanging outside the premises you hear birds in the morning the atmosphere is so beautiful. The apartment itself was very clean with up-to-date appliances when I had a issue with my washer, maintenance came in less than 15 minutes and it it was a after hour call which is incredible timing My move process was rocky due to my part but the wonderful I mean, extraordinary lady name Alexis Guide me through the whole process, she went far and beyond just to satisfy my needs. Im sure I got on her nerves but every time she told me no I am not and it is no issue. I have never had someone work as hard as she did to make sure everything was in on time and make sure everything was, good with my process I would definitely recommend this place to anyone because so far so great In the amenities!!!!!!! Wowowooww If you want a beautiful place to live come toWesterlee and ask for Alexis she so kind and sweet !!! The whole office was exceptional ! thank yall again

Westerlee apartment home has the worst management and leasing representative, I ever come across. They asked me for a physical visit to go across their property which falls under my desired requirements; per month leasing amount. I reached at their leasing center at 8 poolside ct, Catonsville, before the scheduled time at 10 am, with excitement. Once I start discussion, the representative informed me that they dont have any property in the range I am looking for. She mentioned few other properties something $300-400 above the prior discussions. When I asked her, why you called me for physical visit, if you dont have any property. She simply replied, I didnt called you, you would have talked to our call center. Its highly unprofessional and disrespectful for others time and effort. I must rate them negatively. Wasted my day.
