    I think the only thing good I have to say is that the person who helped me at the desk was very kind and did the best he could with what he had. I dont blame him. I got there and the bathroom hadnt been cleaned. Pictures attached. And then was assigned a new room but was given someone elses room. (Video attached) and then got to a bearable room with smells and stains everywhere and battery acid coming out of the remote. Dead bugs. No mattress protector on one of the beds. And definitely not worth the 115 I paid.

    The room had a roach crawling on bathroom floor. The blankets were stained, the mattress was stained abd lopsided. The worst sleep ever and I didn't see the roach till last day. The noise was ridiculous the other guest were fighting screaming etc. This place was a last minute spot my son picked in the middle of the night after a ten hour drive to attend a funeral on Easter weekend. The hotel from hell. The staff were friendly but they had a little smirk on their faces when we checked in but we were so tired abd hungry we checked in. My son went through Expedia so we could not get our money back and I told him never do that uhhhh. The elevators were dirty trash on the floor and food. The doors to the rooms had large gaps the hallways look horrible the paint was coming off it just look like an abandoned neglected place. I am so glad I travel with my own set of linen.

    Great long term parking option for BWI. BUT shuttle does not run between 10AM and 4 PM. An Uber during those hours is about $21. When we did get picked up by hotel shuttle to get back at around 8:30 pm, the shuttle driver had been smoking IN the van and it smelled disgusting. We had a 2 hr drive from the hotel to home and our clothes were permeated with smoke.
