They never answer when you call

Nothing has really changed from my last review except that my rent went up 7%, compared to the Montgomery County recommended increase of 1.5%. The notification letter we received indicated we could request a lower increase, and when I did, the request was refused. Nothing improved at all, except I did get a new toilet installed. Oh, actually, a few other things changed: 1. I stopped using the washer/dryers in the basement because after washing an entire load once, I discovered that ALL the dryers were non-functional. I then had to lug all my wet, HEAVY laundry upstairs, and ended up having to rewash and dry at a laundromat. 2. New neighbors moved in upstairs (at least 5-7 people that I've seen, in a 1 bedroom unit) and run/scream/smoke/litter/loiter in the hallways. They constantly leave trash near my door, like cigarette butts and apple cores. Yes, I know it's them. They also leave sticks and folded up newspaper in the front doorway to prop the door open. They used to put signs like "Waiting for FedEx delivery" -- aint no MF delivery, liar. Just take your ass to a key copy machine and stop letting the rats in. 3. My large packages are consistently stolen. They are always kitty litter. The third time, someone returned it to my doorstep, box opened. 4. Here's the best part. I have seen a total of four mice and one RAT in my apartment. When I told the maintenance I saw a rat (which I know because of its size and feet), he told me that when people panic, they can see things incorrectly. LMAO! They left traps around in my kitchen but none caught anything. When I laid down my own sticky traps lining the entrance into the kitchen, I caught a mouse the next day. But the rat was nowhere to be found again. Ugh.All in all, this is only a place for you to live if you genuinely don't care about having nice things, or want to save money for a year or two until moving to somewhere better.

If I could give zero I would.... crappy place bed bug infested.... roach infested.... when you call them to need something fixed they take weeks on end to come and fix it.... not updated no fire alarms and only one fire extinguisher should be one on each level and in the laundry room.... it's crazy zero stars for the amount of money you pay to live here but get a shitty place in return....

I'm just going to get straight to the point. 1. The receptionist is rude (Yari)2. They lie (I was approved and upon calling to make an appointment to sign my lease I was told that they couldn't move forward with my application)3. There apartment are not up to code (beware)4. The owner Mr.David I don't know his last name is just as rude as the receptionist5. Unprofessional 6. Discrimination I shall be filing a house discrimination complaint.
