We had a great day and check-in was easy. It is a little bit confusing to navigate given that its not an actual hotel Just make sure to read all the emails ahead of time The same prices as the hotel you get a multi room apartment. Will definitely be back! It was winter time for us But there was a sign that said during the pool season you get access to the pool with two or more nights stay

This place had a nice rooms, it was tidy. But it was very unorganized and chaotic trying to get into the room. First, its based in an apartment building and there werent specific instructions on how to actually get to that floor, we had asked someone in the reception for the apartment. Then, when we got there, we were told our room was not ready, and we were told about an hour till its ready. So we went around the area and waited way over an hour before we called them to see what was going on and they said our room was still not ready. So going on two hours we called again, and we were met with hostility over the phone because we had called the second time and they didnt call us to tell us our room was ready . So we went to the location and we were met with security guard at the front of the office and the front desk rep that had told us it wasnt ready. She Isabelle (Belle) was so rude and confrontational about everything. It was very disrespectful and aggressive the way she came at us when she was in the wrong. Having people like that work for this hotel is so deplorable and unsafe. We decided not to stay there for the day and got refunded because it was not worth it for the disrespect to me and my friends. Noteworthy details: Dont bother staying here unless you want to deal with rude customer service, rooms not being ready at the time of check-in and additional fees for common things like parking.

I'm not sure why this place gets such a low review, but I had a great/pleasant experience. From the check-in to the check-out process, everyone was great! I will admit, it was a little confusing since the "hotel" is actually located in the Marlow resident building, but once I figured that out, simple. The 4th and 5th floors are dedicated to hoteling and you have all the amenities of a Studio/1BD apartment with a full fridge, wash/dryer, dishwasher, tv, iron/board and microwave. Definitely would recommend this place for an extended stay or a long weekend.
