I was extremely impressed with the work that was done in a very timely manner. They also explained everything that was needed and done to my vehicle.

I visited this location on 2/2/24 to get my oil changed. When they finished they called me out and said that my battery was dead and offered to sell me a new one on the spot. I declined and said it seemed like an extremely odd and unlikely coincidence that my battery which had been working 100% fine would die during an oil change. They claimed that they had tested my battery and it had no ability to hold a charge. I insisted that they jump my car which they did reluctantly and I drove home. Here I am 2 months later and have had absolutely 0 issue with my battery. Either Jiffy Lube was lying to try to deceive me to unnecessarily buy a new battery or they accidentally disconnected my battery while changing the oil and didnt realize due to incompetence. Either way I will never return.
Also they messed up my glove compartment but that pales in comparison.
