EDIT: Curtis from Apple Ford did follow up regarding the poor service I received. He assured me that my case is not typical and he did want to make it right. My next service, Apple Ford will be coming to me so I don't have to miss work. I understand things happen and I am glad they are trying to right their wrong.
Original: Apple Ford Quick Lane is the furthest from Quick. After showing up when they open, I then waited FIVE HOURS for an oil change and tire rotation. I couldnt have had more than 3 cars in front of me. I was sold on the Customer for Life promise of free oil changes for life, however now after having multiple experiences with service and now having to take a vacation day, I would have saved money buying my own oil changes.

*** DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE ***
It has been 2.5 months since taking my new Mach E GT here for repairs. They subbed it out to some terrible garage. No loaners, nothing. Have fun paying thousands in car rentals
This dealership sent my vehicle to Tristate up the street, since apparently a Ford dealership is unwilling or unable to work on Ford vehicles. My car sat on the lot at tristate for an entire month before they even decided to look at the vehicle. It's still there, work hasn't been completed, and I'm still waiting. The vehicle is electric, the battery is drained, and it's sitting in the cold. There will undoubtedly be permanent damage to the battery. No loaner vehicles, no rental reimbursement, nothing. Even Volkswagen gave my brother in law a loaner while they worked on his car. But you take a new, fully loaded mach E to this dealership? They basically tell you to go F yourself. Take your business elsewhere.
I was thinking about trading my 21 Rubicon in for a Bronco, but I've since changed my mind.
When we go to trade in my girlfriend's Mach E, we'll go elsewhere.
My sister was looking to trade in and upgrade her fully loaded Expedition, but I told her this story and she'll be taking her business elsewhere.
My coworker was planning on buying a Mustang GT from this dealership when his son graduates college in a couple months. I've convinced him to go elsewhere.
Don't take your vehicle here for any reason. They'll farm the work out to Tristate where they'll do literally nothing for months.

Manny made my experience great. The great part is he got my deal done virtually and all I had to do is go pick up my vehicle. Everything was smooth like butter. Thanks Manny!
