Worst insurance. They deny every single treatment or require "prior authorization" for everything that's not regular visits. I pay weekly for their services as well as copayments. They make you jump through hoops for nothing because at the end of the day you still get denied. I guess that's what happens when small insurances are broke. I have been dealing with numbness and tingling in my left arm and leg years after a car accident. My doctor needs updated mri's to discuss further treatment. MRI got denied by Health New England because we need to show proof that drugs doesn't mask the problem in order to appeal the decision. Absolutely do not recommend. I cannot wait until open enrollment so I can switch to a different insurance.

So for 2yrs I've been doing their job back and forth with them because their claiming the doctor is not doing the right paperwork. Now that I was involved they say that my doctor never provided them that this med works for me. I told them how would anyone know if it works if you don't give me the approval to get them. Called them 2or 3 weeks later and they gave me another story of why. This is a fraud move and we all are being ripped off. Their not providing us with what.we need and waiting for emergency ti happen. NO GOOD FOR A HEALTH COVERAGE

My wife and I are purchasing them through the Health Connector, and we couldn't be happier. The fact that they are local has really helped when we've had questions, and we're receiving some benefits we've never had before. (And we're paying less than we would be through my job's provider. ) Greta benefits and service. So happy we did our research!
