It's a Sunday morning and Katie the PA and Stephanie (the nurse?) are in great moods. Not only that, they were patient with all my questions. I left feeling confident about their direction.
I will definitely. be back - hopefully NOT for a while.

To start everyone was nice and thats where it stops. They tried to get my 2 year old to give a urine sample despite me telling them shes not potty trained. A man named Lawrence came in, no idea if he was a doctor or a PA. He didnt listen to a thing we said about my daughters history and diagnosed her belly pain (which we said was relieved after she had a BM) as a possible ulcer. He had to leave the room
To figure out what to give her. He sent in a script for Pepcid . When we went to pick it up the dose as written out incorrectly. The pharmacy contacted them and they didnt return the call for several days. Finally they sent the script back wrong 2 additional times. The most recent time they prescribed a dose three times what it should have been for my daughters age and weight and they were tablets instead of liquid. They could have caused grave danger for my child and I will be looking into where to report such gross negligence. Also she saw her PCP today who said they dont what Lawrence was talking about. She doesnt have an ulcer or acid issues.
