The wait was 4 hours The doctor was excellent and I can't seem to get an appointment when she scheduled there anymore like they're not telling me her schedule they're not cooperating like I just called now to get an appointment to just run it and see her and it is a walk in clinic and I have an infectious disease and the she said we're not taking no more patients for today and they're open till 7:00 it's only 5:00. The receptionist I didn't even offer people like ice pack when they were sitting there with a busted leg or whatever's very cold until you get to see the doctor and then the doctor's phenomenal Dr Raymond

Went in on a Sunday at 1:00. Was told they are no longer seeing patients. Any time I have ever gone here, I have been told the same thing. I saw only about 4 or 5 people. It was only 1:00 and she said they closed at 4.. They need 3 hours to wait on 5 people?? Being that early they should not try to estimate how long each patient will take! That is ridiculous. If it was 3:00, I could see, but even still, work a little over your time if necessary! They have to think of a new system because other people have posted the same thing! Also, when you are no longer taking people....put a note on the door to save us the time and embarrassment of walking in. It makes no sense to have to go in, just to have them tell you what a sign could do. Plus it's irritating when you walk in and everyone looks up from what they are doing and stares at you, like your are a celebrity!

Thank you too all the ladies at Baystate! I had a wonderful experience. All of the staff at Baystate were extremely nice and extremely helpful. No long wait times. Thank you all for your help!
