        For the first 8+ years it was great , a beautiful place to live. Now wit the improvements that have been done it is starting to look like a slum. Paint peeling, filthy rugs, mismatched foyer flooring.

        My apartment was flooded during a massive rain storm in my interior walls. I am still waiting for someone to check for mold

        The response of maintenance is always excellent. Jay explained the problem thoroughly and is very knowledgeable. The repair now is waiting for the contractor to supply the replacement tub. Both he and Rick have been involved and I know they do the best job. Unfortunately the parts needed seem to take a lot of time.

        The hallway carpets havent been cleaned since your company bought our building. They are gross and filthy. Our balcony is moldy, paint is peeling off the ceiling. The back section was never painted or power washed since your company bought our building. There is green and brown mildew all the way up the back of the building. You fixed the front because potential residents can see it. Talk about lazy.
