Jason installed several mini split indoor and outdoor units in my home. His installation was timely, and he was responsive in the sales and installation process.
However Ive had two issues post installation one minor issue right after installation and one major issue just over a year later and Jason has been extremely difficult to work with. He did not return my calls, and when I did get in touch, he said I was out of his service area.
Had the installation not had any issues, I would have had good things to say. But given the lack of service and follow through on a very expensive installation, overall, I would definitely not recommend Jason or this company.

We've hired Jason (All Bases Covered) for a few different jobs now and have found him to be reliable and provide nothing but quality service. After leaving voicemails with six different plumbers about a small/non-emergency job, he was the only one to call back within a day. The others took over a week to call back, if at all.I would highly recommend for any job/fix you have, big or small.
