Extremely rude staff. I understand they were swamped because of a convention but this place is a joke. They got SO many orders wrong (including my own) and when customers would try to politely request corrections, the way the staff spoke to us was appalling. Not only did they yell at customers but they also yelled at each other in the back. I will definitely be avoiding this location in the future.

Fountain drink machine was broken during peak lunch hour, one of their digital menu boards has been broken for at least two months, service is little slow (even considering the amount of traffic they get), and they don't support Apple Pay/NFC. Also their prices are higher than typical McDonalds...since it's the RenCen and the people are typically working professionals with money. Those were the negatives. On the positive side, it is a McDonalds, with a complete menu, in a convenient location for a lot of people who work in the RenCen or visit. Will I go back someday? Probably. Will I prioritize different vendors instead? Yeah... Update: They got the digital menu board fixed up eventually. Walked by today in the morning and discovered they don't even have a single dollar/value menu item for breakfast (literally that part of the menu is covered in some kind of digital ink). All the ingredients are the same between items, you just want to force people to buy the premium sandwiches/combos. I'm moving you from 3 stars to 1 for this reason alone....never have I seen a McDonalds not offer $1-$2 breakfast items like the Sausage Burrito or Sausage/Cheese Biscuit.
