Parking $45/night was 20% of one nights lodgingwas not informed when I made the reservation that the valet parking is ONLY option and therefore must pay $45 if u come in a car!
No free breakfast which Ive always received at Hilton properties. Wanted $16 a person for a grab and go meal. No restaurant at all. Bar has a few tables with very limited menu options open from 5-10 pm. No way to get any meals besides pantry chips and bottled beverages with very limited variety! The pasta from the bar was sickening fatty with gobs of parmesan chees melted on curley macaronis and 5 pieces of zucchini.
When checked in was told they had light housekeeping. Only 2 sets of towels for 2 people for 3 nights. No housekeepers ever seen to flag for attention.
Website and info in room says had in room dining when in fact this was not available. Was told sorry the info was not updated when I had read reviews from months ago saying the same thing then. So thats false advertising!
Hilton beds have always been very comfortable with pillow soft tops. But this propert has beds that are hard with flimsy bedding
that doesnt even over the whole bed.
4 coffee pods for 2 people for 3 nights. Asked for more but never got them
TV channels not printed out in too. So had to search for a guideeventually found was channel 63. Then, found cannot go to any channels from the guide!
Internet is weak and cuts in and of making it impossible to finish anything online. Called to complain and was transferred to their technical department who said they refreshed it but nothing changed!
I had read reviews of this property saying to check your bill closely as there were incorrect charges. So I did that and found they charged me about $70 more for one night than I was quoted. Pointed it out and front desk then produced a second receipt that was correct. Had I not complained I imagine I would not have been reimbursed. Was told I have nothing to do with the billing system. Weird as she immediately produced the correct receipt when I questioned it. Felt robbed!
The few good things: elevators worked, room keys worked, shower was hot.

Our room was small but quaint. We received good customer service from the valet and the front desk staff. Be sure to include the fee for valet parking in your budget. The courtesy bottled water was a plus. When we first got there, the hallway on our floor had a smell that went away the following day. The toilet in our room had a constant drip. Overall, our stay was good!
