Diamond Eight Terrace Apartments

Pretty good communication from management. Our property manager was on maternity leave so it was hard to reach a designated person during her leave, but otherwise, its been just fine. They always post notices on the front door and send emails when cars need to be moved, etc. I wish there were some summer get togethers in the green space to meet neighbors, maybe a pool party. Only thing that sucks is we live in a basement apartment and the lawn company and garage/recycling come at like 5am and 7am once a week. The sound is awful and disturbing. I wish they would come later in the day. I think some things could be updated - like closet doors and carpet, but otherwise its clean.

Fully renovated everything looks great love it. Maintenance done in timely manner. Concerns are properly taken care of.

Yearly rent increases, no water softener resulting in water full of minerals which makes dishes difficult to clean, regular email announcements with harsh tones.

Good place to live. But need to change carpet and other obsolete appliances at least every decade.
