      image This was by far the dirtiest hotel Ive stayed in. It was very obvious that only ones of the beds had the linens changed from the previous stay. There were items left over in the fridge from the previous stay. There is no way they vacuumed, as there was food and garbage under the beds. The furniture was disgusting, the lobby and elevators looked like they hadnt been swept or mopped in weeks. The breakfast was slices of white bread in individual ziplock baggies. There are so many spots in Duluth you can stay in for the same price and get much cleaner accommodations.

      image not the fanciest place but very nice that the pool was open til midnight AND they had free breakfast. I enjoyed my stay here. Coffee bar and fridge in the room and cozy comfy clean beds. Great affordable option for staying in Duluth!! Only thing I didnt like was the people above us were quite loud late at night.

      image The staff was exceptional! The rooms could have cleaner, along with other parts of the hotel. Could also use updates. Would stay again as long as I got the discounted price though a booking site.

      image We reserved 6 Suites as our family joined us for a ski weekend and we all agreed our experience was over - the- top! Our needs were anticipated & well met by the staff! Kudos to MANAGER, CODY!! and STAFF: Jonah, Amelia, Emmeline, Maddy & Nancy. How do we have all their names? They all signed a Happy 60th Anniversary Card/ 80th Birthday Card for my husband & me AND left a beautiful bouquet of flowers for a surprise!! Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, breakfast good! Ideal location next to Spirit Mtn Skiing....especially with 5 youngsters under the age of 8, and 9 adults who were tired & anxious to get in the pool!!
