I moved from California to evergreen colorado and found a job with cassia elkrunn .I loved my supervisor, director of elkrunn he's amazing, and big think is our residents very nice to work with it

I have worked for Cassia before in the pass and its still issues going on I cant believe Ive been lied to about a resident broke her hip which is a lie Ive been taken off the schedule for Absolutely no reason Nonthing has been done Ive been waiting on a phone call just to say Ive been Terminate me and my co work did every Protocol there is to report this resident fall I cant wait to report this they got me messed up Ive been Nonthing but a great employee I never called off never really been late and I Actually enjoyed my job and the location I worked at I feel like Cassia doesnt value there employees or care about what we workers put up with or go through its crazy because I reported to my supervisor that her NOC shift person was sleeping on the job and yall want that to Represent Cassia and Nonthing was done about that Ive have seen the same employee go to sleep and he still works there I cant wait to report this and speak to someone Cassia yall need better Management and to be more caring for your workers I just cant believe this I wont ever work for Cassia again and on top of that I never Received my bonus for Referred my co worker to work there that a freaking rip off if you ask me I work my butt off and this is what I get then you have the supervisor just give another employee a right to do the schedule when she has no experience and just because you guys are friends messing up the schedule dont know what the heck she is doing trying to act like she is my boss had the nerves to question me am I here I cant stand a person like you if like your Entitled just because your doing that schedule or helping man its just messed up Im never appreciate when comes to my good hard work and I was always willing enough to pick up shifts and do doubles and this is the thanks I get Im making sure I report all this and hopefully something gets done I want them to pay and get their butts in trouble for lying to me period!

My experience with their hire process was a huge disappointment!! They do not communicate clearly, they do not explain things clearly! They seemed to have gotten confused in the process, and then punished me for their own disorder, And started finding excuses to dismiss me! In that I did get a glimpse of how poorly they may treat their staff. Think we'll before choosing this company for employment! They may not be as nice as they present themselves to be! Good luck
