As first time home buyers, we were extremely nervous and had no idea what we're doing, but having Shong by our side made everything less stressful. Shong is attentive, knowledgeable and she truly cares for her clients. She always made sure we were comfortable and never pushed us. She was involved in every conversation, whether it was with loan officers, inspectors, anyone and everyone! She was there without being asked to. She answered every question we had, even if they were repetitive. She'd share her professional opinion when needed, which I appreciate so much. We cannot recommend Shong enough, she is the best!!

Loved working with Shong. She is super flexible and if she isn't able to show us a house last minute, she will find someone to show us. Shong is good at following up with us and making sure we feel comfortable the whole way.
