Boost Mobile

They didn't know how to transfer data from one phone to another. Kept getting a "not enough space" notice. When I got home and proceeded to do it myself, I discovered the tech at Boost was trying to transfer the data from the new phone into the old. Really? That's a rather freshmen mistake isn't it? Even I figured that out.

I was in need of a phone as mine was broken and the kid tried his best to get it fixed but after everything didn't work . Then I get told I'm eligible for a upgrade . For 100$ out the door. I told him I'd think about til morning.. went back in the am . The 100$ upgrade was now 150 from new kid working . That's why not 5 star .

Right after leaving the store my Sim card updated. The employee put malware on my phone and tried to convince me he was updating it. After leaving within a couple days I noticed my device acting up. The phone had been cloned and had tracking software installed. I had to flee the state so I did not to return it and ended up having to buy a new phone. Untrustworthy employees. My ex is stalking me and has the resources to pay off this employee apparently.
