Don't-know-why I would've given just: 1-star...?? -It had-to be: 'An-Error' -of some-kind.... -I've-ALWAYS! -gotten:'Great-Help' +-Service, -There! -I can-think-of Only-1 -Time, -I had-to-wait: -over: 15/20? -minutes. -Every-Other-Time -It's-been less-than -15. -It seems-like they usually-have: -3-4 -Staff-helping, -during : -'Typically-Busy-Times'. -DH

I cant believe Ive been to multiple stores and it finally happened!! A smooth upgrade and my phone didnt lose a thing. My wife and I loved working with Mitchel! He made it fun!

Mohamud was so nice and attentive as soon as I walked into the front door. I have been dealing with a pretty tough situation regarding a device I purchased from T-Mobile. (T-Mobile was not the company responsible for my unfortunate circumstance, Apple is just to clarify) Mohamud gave me multiple amazing tips, guides, and info I needed. He answered all my questions promptly and the staff at this location are very nice and welcoming. Definitely made me happy to be a part of T-Mobile. Thanks guys. I definitely recommend this location highly. As a former business owner I do have to say Mohamud is a great asset to this company. I hope he gets recognition.
