What a lovely parkway right next to an highly active greenway on the banks of the Mississippi, great access to the surrounding colleges and downtown!!

Fantastic for in the city. Small, no restroom, at least not in December. Adjacent to the parkway, biking and hiking trails. Great views of the river from the bluff.
