Mike Hill at Bell Bank was exceptional! He took the time to listen and understand our overall goals for buying our home. He helped create a plan of execution for each task and was there every step of the way. As previous home owners, my wife and I were both very impressed with Mikes patience and knowledge of the industry. He took the time to thoroughly explain things in detail while working with our builder to ensure he met deadlines. I would highly recommend attending his in person financial overview session. Mike is extremely knowledgeable about the mortgage business. He clearly explained everything throughout the process, from initial consultation to closing. He was pleasant to deal with and gave honest answers to all of my questions. His communication was above board. I believe he got me the best deal possible in these tough times.
