      image Steer clear of this location and company. I was offered service at inflated prices but billed as discounts from my military service. This deceptive practice should be illegal as I have found T-Mobile to be overpriced and the network is terrible. I live next to a tower and my calls drop all of the time. After I was told to go to this store by a T-Mobile representative to unlock my phone, I was rudely pushed away with no solution. Typical one hand of the company not knowing what the other hand is doing. If youre military or a Veteran, I woukd steer clear of this company. But also, if you are from St. Paul, Id choose a different store because the staff at this location are rude and offer no assistance. Ive never felt so rejected or abandoned by a company whom Ive paid $1000s to. Trust me, they only want to sell phones and take your money. They do not want to offer any help after they have your money. Be safe, find a reputable company that helps its customers.
