My last visit with Firestone was good. Customer service, the length of time spent at the store, and the knowledge of the staff was all good. Staff was professional, kind, and took out the time to listen to every customer needs that walked through the door.

Horrible experience. They didn't fix the problem that "they" diagnosed and I was charged for 3hrs labor that only took 1 hour. I feel like I got ripped off.

DO EVERYTHING ON THE APP, DONT EXPECT THE PEOPLE INSIDE TO ACTUALLY WANT TO HELP YOU. Every time I walk into this store, I am ignored for 4 minutes at a time while there are people standing at the counters. A few months ago, I went in trying to order a spare tire for my Dart. They didn't put anything in the computer, just said they need me to get the measurements for a tire that I did not have and did not come with my car. Didn't bother to look it up, see if they have it, etc.
Today, 9/27/23, around 9:15am, I went in to ask about getting a scheduled time for my RAV 4 to get a new set of tires on it, and I did not even get to ask about looking at the available time slots to schedule an appointment. I am not sure that making me feel dismissed every time I try to give them money is part of their core values as employees, but I now have a $250 gift card for a place I do not feel like going back to ever again.
