I recently had some my plumping "repaired" as it was backing up in my home!  I was overcharged and it did not work properly after they worked on my plumping system.  I called them to let them know and the reply was "We all have problems" and wanted to charge me again for the service, when it did not work properly after they claimed to "repair" it!  Shame on you business owner....  I had to get someone else out to properly repair it!!  They are not honest and are so overpriced!

Advertising states open 24/7. Called in afternoon,no answer, left message asking for price on auger service. No return call, called back again 24 hours later during standard work week hours. Reached office, stated problem and requested quote.Office could not quote price or time of service. Call returned, stated it would be the following afternoon till they could do inspection and wouldn't give a price beforehand. Passed on any further dealings as sewer problem was urgent, and pricing upfront is a service I expect.

I got service the same day I put in the request order. Steve showed up on time and was very professional. He explained my issues to where I could understand, and even gave me options. I'm fond of honesty and fair/affordable prices. Any problems in the future, i'm definately calling this company and I highly recommend them!!!!! Thanks alot Steven
Used them again for an unfortunate second time. Great company who is very knowledgable and fast getting the problem handled.

My hot water heater needed to be replaced. Felix and Waylon came in and and put it in. They displayed excellent customer skills and were very knowledgeable, they had my hot water heater in, in a very short time. I was very impressed and would highly recommend them to anyone requiring their services.
