Beautiful hotel. Very comfortable beds and an excellent hot breakfast. Safety: I got a handicap room because I have mobility and balance issues. I wish the showers had a seat but, alas they did not. Overall, the room was very nice.

This place is completely filthy, I mean absolutely disgusting. There was hair on the covers, stains on the pillows, and the bathroom was unimaginable. We went to notify the front desk agent. We requested new linen for both the bed and pullout couch. We also had to get cleaning supplies to clean our room and bathroom. We had to get in our hands and knees to scrub the shower. It was so nasty I ended up vomiting. Tyler and Trey had to assist us with changing the linens, moping the floor, and removing hair from the bathroom floor. It took over an hour to clean the room. Tylers hospitality was amazing. He went above and beyond to assist us and ensure we were comfortable. However, my encounter with the general manager Debbie Harmon was very unprofessional and rude. We were at an event and left before her arrival so I called to speak with her. The first time I called the agent said that the GM would return my call in 30-45 minutes but that never happened. I had to call back and when I finally spoke with Ms. Debbie did not listen to my concerns. Instead she interrupted me while speaking, wasnt apologetic, and showed zero compassion. She said I already know about your situation . I had to call corporate to assist in rectifying the situation. If its wasnt for Tylers hospitality our stay wouldnt have ended ok. Corporate office needs to investigate this hotel, retrain the staff, and consider closing it down to remodel and clean. Please see pictures of our room. Rooms: Disgusting, filthy. Do not stay here.
