I spoke with a lady named Sonia on Friday after being in a car accident. They didn't have any cars available in the category I specified, and she told me that Monday they would be receiving more of their "sport vehicles" back. She said they were all rented out due to prom. So, I call back Monday (today), and after waiting on hold for 14 min, a young lady answered the phone and said,"I'm gonna tell you like I told the customer that was just standing in front of me,'we don't have a large fleet and looking at the reruns we won't have a sports vehicle any time soon." WOW, so was I lied to or just given incorrect information? I'm not sure, but no I am stuck with no car. Thanks, Enterprise. I'm sure one of the other 10 nearby rental companies will appreciate my years worth of business. This has been my first bad experience, and I'm not sure if I will return.

Update - changing my review - what I was told did not play out as explained, then I was charged when I was told I would not be charged additional cost. Lots of calls lots of confusion, waiting on a credit. Ended up not being a great experience. Great experience most friendly and helpful staff! Thank you - Alvin, Taloria, Tyra, Justin & Chandler!

Every time I go out of town long distance, I always rent a car from enterprise. I've never had a bad experience with vehicles. Clean detailed cars every time.

Ms. Sonia was so nice and attentive to me. I called right before closing hours & she was very polite & patient! She had a great attitude/spirit! Will recommend everyone to go to this location the entire staff has great customer service!
