I tried to rent a car from Springfield MO to get home. I wanted to return it in waveland like I did once before but I was told I could only return the car to where I picked it up. So I made a reservation online for my husband to get a car to come get me. The lady told him she didnt have any cars hed have to come back tomorrow. Even though we had a reservation for today. We seen another customer return a vehicle in front of us. It shows online you have a car, I see you do, but you tell me no. So basically my reservation meant nothing. I will not rent from enterprise again. Ill find someone else.

***THIS LOCATION IS CLOSED***
I made a reservation ahead of time and in the reservation it stated to go to this location. I called the 1-800 number for Enterprise to find that out. No one called me ahead of time. The new location is in Gulfport which is 30 minutes away. Took an hour waiting in line just to get my car. The reservation was pointless!
