        My husband and I joined Yoga Six almost two years ago. Prior to joining Yoga Six, our primary form of exercise was at a regular gym. Switching to yoga as our main exercise regimen has been transformational for us. While we did increase our flexibility- we have gained so much beyond it. We feel at home here and love the the community created before, during and after classes.
