My second stay at this hotel was also my last. I like the location and that's it. No coffee machines in the rooms, so if you want coffee you're limited to the 'instant hot water coffee' (not brewed) in the lobby that probably shouldn't be referred to as a breakfast bar. Small packs of muffins, stale granola bars and instant coffee are not breakfast. However, the service this visit prompted my review. After checking out and driving back to Wichita, the desk clerk called to inform me I'd accidently left a Sam's Club membership card on the counter. Because I wasn't driving and we were well on the road home, I asked if they could please mail it to me....and I would gladly pay for the cost. Didn't happen.....I was told to call back because she could do nothing to help. After arriving home I made a second effort and was informed it was not possible; they do NOT EVER handle mail. Really? At any other hotel chain or mom&pop this would be a common courtesy...and I doubt if I would have been charged for postage. I do not believe they were truthfult. I could have found a better excuse.... I have traveled a lot and there are too many good hotel operations that would have not thought twice about returning a simple card. For this reason they do not deserve your business. Noteworthy details: Service is more than just a word. This place has zero.

I was there for a couple of weeks and I didn't have any problems. The staff was always very attentive and friendly, especially Marlene and Margarita, always very helpful and attentive.

Dont be fooled by the name or by photos they post. This place is rough and dirty and bug infested. We booked a room online and were sadly disappointed by reality upon arrival. At least they gave us a refund bc we werent about to stay.

My car was stolen. I was also due to check on Wed 3/20. I went to extend my stay and was told my room was already booked out. I wasnt given the option to extend I was just told there was nothing else that could be done. I advised the front desk clerk I was relocating and would be staying until I found a place or better accommodations at check in, because she asked why I was there. I guess when the circumstances arent directly affecting you, there isnt much care for whats going on. I dont recommend this place at all!
