        Unfortunately the worst hotel we've ever stayed at. We are in the process of addressing this with hilton. Hilton has confirmed that they have SEVERAL complaints over an employee named Thomas. He was extremely disrespectful to my husband and i but crossed the line when he was disrespectful to our children. Due to Thomas's wife being the manager most complaints fall flat. Until Thomas is removed from this property DONT STAY THERE. Jessica at the front desk was absolutely incredible and tried to rectify Thomas's behavior but my children were already uncomfortable so we switch hotels for the remainder of our trip. She was a joy to see each day and truly shows that she loves her job. It's a shame that this hotel can't reach their full potential because of bad management and employees. The Marriott down the road was much better and would highly recommend.
