I have lived at Villa Roma Apartments for over 30 years. I have always felt safe and secure in my apartment and sitting on my patio. I have many wonderful neighbors. Management has always been friendly and accommodating. Maintenance staff is prompt and courteous. I definitely enjoy living here.

Stopped by to check out these apartments because I am going to be moving soon. The staff was very nice and friendly. The grounds were clean no trash and very well maintained. Definitely on the top of my list to move into!

Lets start off with the apartment its self. For the price, you get what you pay for. Except you wouldnt expect bugs and leaks every time it rains. Lets start with the owners. Theyre racist for sure Ive heard that many times and seen it my self. And theyre mean. They act entitled which is not cute for owners lol. The older lady there with glasses, way more respectful than the other 2 in that office. And to be surprised there are a lot of foreign people in this complex and theres been many rumors from one neighbor to another that they discriminate against those who cant speak English very well. Another thing, the washers and dryers. If the power goes out guess what? You lose the money you put in them and you have wet, dirty, stinky clothes. And they do nothing to help you get your money back or help accommodate you.

Not sure why theres no recent reviews? Ive heard that they delete the bad reviews that recent tenants leave. Anyways lets get to the point. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Especially because of the white bald head dude I forgot his name and his wife Laura. Theyre both ignorant and rude. They get mad when you call to complain about something. When it rains the roofs leak so bad and all they do is put a TARP on your roof and act like they fixed the issue. So when you call AGAIN to complain they go back add another tarp and say the issue is fixed. Or they get an attitude and say its already been fixed. The ac/heat system always goes out. Once they came into my apartment to fix it. They had to leave for something and came back. They did knock before entering but when I didnt open the door all the way the white bald one busted his way through the door (I also have a recording of it) with one of the maintenance guys. And I was in shock. I was washing my baby so he was completely naked which is an invasion of his privacy. But they didnt care. I could have been naked but they wouldnt have cared. They started raising their voice and ended up telling me this isnt good you need to leave so I was like what? Im assuming it was about them wanting us leaving because they were so mad about all the problems in the apartment complex they own but couldnt own up to fixing the problems. Also another situation was when I went out of the country for a family emergency and somehow they found out and told the whole complex we were out of town. That obviously isnt safe because anyone couldve tried getting into our apartment. They (the owner and maintenance) entered our apartment without notifying us. Couldve left a text, email, or even called or left a voice mail notifying us they are going into our apartment. So now Im thinking ??? What were they doing. My husband went back home before I did. When he entered there was POOP in the toilet. The bathroom door was opened and the toilet seat was left up. When I left I closed all the doors and left the toilet seat down. So obviously someone took a poop and I assumed it was them because no one else had a key to our apartment but the leasing office people. But when I called to complain Laura said it was my sisters boyfriend because he was getting our mail. First of all Laura he has no key to our apartment . Second that makes no sense. Just because he was grabbing our mail doesnt mean he could go into our apartment and take a poop. The mail is downstairs with everyone elses mail. And not INSIDE the apartment. They always want to blame someone else for what they do or goes wrong. But one good thing I can say about these apartments are that the walls arent thin as other apartment. You wont be able to hear your neighbors. Also theres a security door but sometimes they dont close all the way. Apparently I cant leave videos of what I wanted to which was the leaks in the room. But theres one picture. As you can see that water was disgusting. Filled up 3 trash cans with water. Ruined our bed, blankets, and the carpet, which they tried making us clean. Theres also a picture of the toilet that I was talking about how someone used it while we were gone and then tried to cover it with toilet paper. And as for Carolyn she was one of the only nice employees there. I hope she doesnt get her self involved in the rudeness with Laura, her husband, and that new lady with glasses. Also something to add theyre rude to the other tenants. We had many people come to us and complain about them. How they get discriminated against their skin color and religion. Crazy how racism still exists in 2024
