It's been a year I'm a bed ridden patient today is 4/5/2024 Anyone at Lansdowne reading this can I please get my brief change.all the CNA s aren't angry but this one is why do I keep getting this girl one day it might happen to her and she will be in here wishing someone will help her.i thought I was too young to be in a nursing home,but I'm here and can't walk/stand please change my diaper.

If other family members told me this is the place they were putting our mother. I would have told them H___ No, It hurts to see my mom getting treated as if she's a criminal. Without a Television, not even a Cell Phone, nor a Radio. To replace those things they put Barbie dolls out so they can play with them yes you read this right Barbie dolls If that's not sad,disrespectful and unprofessional what is, On top of that, the Barbie dolls are old and dirty.

I give this rehab center 1 star because it's very clean, but other then that I wouldn't recommend this place to no one. My mother will never ever go back there again. My mother became a patient of this place December 21, 2023. I don't even no where to began. When she got to this facility her phone wasn't working in her room, so I had no way of reaching her except but to call the nurse station. They never got the phone to work, so they moved her to another room, then once they moved her to another room I noticed that there were no top bed rails on her bed which she could actually fall out her bed. I asked the nurse to either put her back in the bed that she had or, put to new top rails on her bed and she stated that she will have them done on that Monday. When Monday came it wasn't done the rails didn't get installed until Wednesday. Then it was another issue with her heat in her room. So the nurse Alice called me and told me that they were going to move her to another room because her heat wasn't working in her room and they would move her back to her room once it got fixed. Well I guess once it got fixed they put someone else in that room and never moved my mother back to her room to where she had too start sharing a room with someone, then when they moved her to the other room, she had no bed rails again, and I was told that they were going to switch her bed back, which they never did. I called the lousy administrator and left her a voice mail to give me a call about everything that was going on and that had went on, this unprofessional lady never called me back. The staff wasn't even giving my mother up for therapy like they should have been doing, so Horizon Pace was coming to get my mom to give her therapy. My mother will never ever go back there and especially when the administrator didn't call me back, I see why this place is unorganized and the staff really don't know what they are doing. You even have to stand outside until someone comes and let you in after you have rang the door bell to get in. HORRBILE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!!
