Could over look poor body work and brakes not even being touched, just got in another accident due to my brake lights not being properly fixed didn't realize it till I went to get my oil changed. Replaced my entire AC system for pretty much no reason when they should've been focused on things that NEEDED replaced. Have used them before with absolutely no problem but this is rediculous could've fixed everything I needed for about 5k less, good job guys killing it. Services: Body & Trim, Electrical

Not very personal, went in for estimate on my suv, I thought surely they would have pull my car into one of their bays to do the estimate, nope! Went out into the parking lot next to busy road so unbelievably loud I shout while talking to her that how loud it was.
When I explained my situation with the suv and my dad having dementia repeatedly knocking out the taillights.
I told her I had my rear bumper replaced but the side of impact could not align due quarter panel damage. That is the only reason why the passenger side is not aligning like it should due to rear quarter panel damage.
The rear bumper is brand new not damaged in any way, just had it put on. Soon as I told her it was a after market bumper she became very adamant that the bumper is no good! Because I didn’t buy a “factory bumper” again I explained to her I could not pay that kind of money and this bumper is brand new and I put on rear and front aftermarket bumpers on few cars and had ZERO issues with them!
I kept telling how the rear quarter panel being damage is not making my bumper align like it should, but all she kept saying the bumper is no good because it not factory. Nothing worse when you feel like you’re not being heard.
Lady gave me very bad impression pretty much saying “we’re going to make you buy a factory bumper” I feel like the lady didn’t hear a single word I said and that this cannot be done with insurance.
