This is the best and only place I would ever take our cars to. This is a family run business with the nicest and best customer service. The quality of work was exceptional and the price fair. This is a hidden gem in the St. Louis area that was recommended to me by someone in New Mexico! That is how far and wide people are singing their praises. Thanks for fitting my visiting daughter's car while she was visiting.

After an accident in Illinois in late September and getting my vehicle to St. Louis, it took 3 months for my insurance to evaluate the damage to my vehicle and attempt to locate a shop to repair it. A few minutes on the internet and I located Memory Lane Custom and Collision. I called and discussed my situation with them and they satisfied me that they had the equipment, expertise, experience and qualifications to successfully repair the damage to my vehicle. This independent shop had high ratings from previous customers and customer written reviews were very impressive. They got my vehicle into the shop the day after it was delivered to them, discovered additional damage that had been overlooked by the insurance company representative and the other shops that had access to the vehicle. Parts were ordered the next day after they received the vehicle and they gave me a reasonable date for the completion of the repairs. They were friendly and courteous. I'm comfortable with them working on my vehicle. I'm located 240 miles west of St. Louis so I'm operating on faith .
