Bill is the best. He gave us a super thorough run through of our costs and options. It never felt like he was trying to sell us on something, only like he was trying to help. Its hard to imagine that wed ever go to another collision shop after this experience.

The majority of the actual affected body work was completed with quality result, and looked good. The issue I have with Patti is that things felt rushed, and not as thoroughly looked into as they should have been. My car was at the shop for an impact while parked on the street, on the front driver side corner. After the repairs were completed, the washer tank had a bad leak, and would not hold fluid. I brought this up to EP, as something they had caused or not caught in the inspection/ repair process, but they stated it must have been that way before the damage occurred. I had to have this dealer repaired later at my expense, and they discovered it was from the driver side headlight washer hose, right where the damage happened. So Ernie Patti clearly missed this, or just outright refused responsibility. Therefore, I would not recommend their services.

They did a great job repairing the damages on my door panel! I would definitely go back to them for any other car issues.
