Great experience. I had a rental that was needed for local driving while my vehicle was getting work done. The 1st rental ended up having a tire issue, and the location switched me out immediately for a new car to use. They were kind and responsive.

Everybody here, especially Shay, goes above and beyond to try to make sure your experience is hasslefree. Ive never once had a negative experience here. Theyve always had the vehicle I reserved or a similar one. My last time there Shay got me in and out in about five minutes. Definitely a stress-free transaction every time.

The car rental experience was fine and the staff was friendly and efficient. Two of the three cars that we were offered were Dodge Chagers. The one we took had 45,000 miles on it and was a dumb car with very poor "bells and whistles" safety features. The interior courtsey lights would not turn off.

I have used this location twice and I would definitely use it in the future. When I picked up my vehicle I was only inside for 5 minutes at the most. I was put in a 2023 Corolla and I really enjoyed driving it. I did not want to go back to my older car! I was able to leave my rental at the dealership next door when picking up my car. This made the process extremely easy. I received a follow up call two days later for my contract to be wrapped up and my deposit processed. The employee, John, that I spoke to was very polite, friendly, and personable. He asked how I liked the Corolla and he was happy to hear how much I enjoyed it. I appreciated him asking me about the car I was put in and how my experience was getting my rental through them. Thank you, John, for your amazing customer service! Keep up the good work!
