        The free amenities nearby like the History Museum and Zoo are lovely, but watching wealthy people walk it or jog it late at night to prove to maybe themselves that they're still safe in the #1 most dangerous city in the country and #12 in the world is beyond me. Maybe it isn't really 12th because the socialist paradise of Venezuela has broken down so much people are eating their pets and not keeping stats. But hey, At least we have a ton of those scooters buzzing all over the sidewalk and weaving in and out of traffic now! Terrific! /s
