STLBRC just finished our new deck. It turned out fantastic. We would highly recommend this company. They were reasonable with good communication, very professional and on time.

We had scheduling problems, billing issue, none responsive to email and they left material over my yard and damage my driveway. They did not take accountability for their actions and we just rude and unprofessional. You have to play by their rules. A lot of people used them in my subdivision and were happy, but I was not one of them. The roof looks great, but it took me countless emails and phone calls to get the job done. I think I spend more time then than did on the job. Service: Roof installation

We’re so happy with our roof, it looks great and the work is guaranteed for life! Tim, Bryan, and American Family made the process easy. They were very responsive and always got back with me quickly. I’d have no problem recommending them to anyone, they’re actually doing my mom’s roof next.
