Elevate

I lived in a building in the Demun area managed by elevate for over 5 years. I felt very safe, very secure, and anytime anything went wrong as things do from time to time Elevate was incredibly responsive. Whenever routine maintenance needed to be scheduled, the staff was incredibly communicative, and I found the portal to which I managed my rent payments and service requests incredibly user friendly I definitely would not hesitate to rent from them again if I had not bought a house.

I have lived in an Elevate apartment for 4 years now and really can't recommend them enough! Rocco and his associates are super quick to respond to all requests and have always kept us informed of any repairs or maintenance needed and when they are scheduled. They are fast and efficient with any paperwork, all of which can be done online. All-around the best rental company/landlord I've ever had!

Rocco is a great landlord that helped us anytime we had issues with our unit and always made it a top priority. The building was maintained regularly and it was great living in an Elevate property!

Lived in one of the properties on Ann Avenue for 2 years and had a great experience. Our landlord, Rocco, was very attentive and responsive to any issues that came up - which were very few. Everyone from management to neighbors were great!
