The people who work here are jerks. We had an appointment to come see particular slabs and we showed up and they sold the slabs that morning. The left is never talking to the right. They are so unfriendly and have wasted a lot of our time. Do not recommend.

Went to the showroom yesterday and had a great experience. Gilbert, the showroom manager, gave us a warm and enthusiastic greeting and was very helpful and knowledgeable. It was a real pleasant experience and we left there with nothing but a really good feeling about the place and the customer service.

Terrible customer service...needed to replace a few times discontinued at home depot and was told replacement tiles couldn't be sold without an authorized tile company...would steer clear of this company's products...have installed tile throughout my home as well as other properties...only time I've experienced broken tiles.

The left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing. Go to Global and get the right answers the first time. Dal is a waste of time.
