Nick from Quito Home Medical was an absolute Christmas Miracle. He got done in under 24 hours what two other companies could not get done in two weeks. By getting the bi-pap my dad needed we are hopefully able to keep him out of the hospital for Christmas . It is essential for treating his chronic hypercapnia and had he not had the machine he would definitely be in the hospital. He went to my dads house , trained him , spent a lot of time explaining everything, followed up after to check on him and has gone above and beyond . I emailed his boss saying he deserves a raise. Good customer service is hard to find but this exceeds any expectation I could have hoped forwe are beyond grateful.

I relocated to the St. Louis area and had questions about my CPAP device and mask options. I stopped by Quipt and Ashley the RT was so incredibly helpful! I was impressed with time and focus she spent on me to figure out what the best solution was for my needs. I now plan on switching my DME supplier to Quipt and highly recommend to anyone with a CPAP.

I recently stopped by Quipt Home Medical and was greeted by Ashley - their Respiratory Therapist. I had some questions regarding my home CPAP equipment. My current home care provider was not returning my phone calls, so I took a chance and stopped by Quipt to see if they could help me out. Ashley was able to guide me in the right direction and answer my questions. She was professional, personable and very knowledgeable. I will be switching from my current home care provider to Quipt very soon. Very impressed with their new office and expertise.
