        We visited this center this afternoon and want to express how nice and helpful Guy Walton was with our concerns. He took time to talk to us and explain how to use the item we were interested in purchasing. It is so nice to have someone that is so understanding and not in a hurry to assist the next customer.

        I went to Medical West to look into a Rollator for my husband. Guy Walton was very helpful and showed me the various types available and how they worked. He copied my prescription and ordered one for me. It took about 10 days to get it but that seemed to be an insurance delay. We went to pick it up and he showed my husband how to use it and had him walk around the store. My husband has low vision, hoh, some dementia and Parkinsons disease, so theres a challenge there. Guy was very patient with both of us and we left feeling pretty confident. Big thank you!

        We apologize, we were told this location use to be in Ronnies Plaza. The names were so similar, it caused confusion. We use to go to a place in Ronnies but was told it was no longer there, and was referred to the other place. Sorry for the confusion!

        THIS Location was not user friendly...Had to pick up a PRESCRIPTION Walker..and they refused to help my son and told him we needed the oxygen dept with out even looking for the Script the Doctors office sent over... Totally worthless Because of them the Person in question that needed the walker had ISSUES getting in their house ....

      Hello Angie, I think you have reviewed the wrong company. We are located in Ronnie's Plaza, not behind St. John's church. I believe you are referring to Medical West Respiratory, which is a different company with a similar name and they are located in the area you have described.
