        Sports medicine &training center was highly recommended to me. This is my fourth P T facility and after a whole year I still had pain and very little range of motion. But with only 7 visits to Scott and his crew at SMTC my range of motion is improving as is the pain. Everyone is pleasant and friendly they just jump in when I need the next exercise or 'maneuver'. Sessions are lengthy but you get a good workout with close supervision and so far good results. I am happy to be there!
