If I could leave less than 1 star I would. This place is a joke. They refused to rent us a car we had a reservation for through a insurance claim. They refused to take 2 of my cards and refused to take a card from someone who has a business account with them. And on top of that would not give me the name of their boss.im calling corporate tomorrow. Absolutely ridiculous!!! Not to mention he slammed my wheel chair in the truck with the hatch door and damaged it

I had to rent a car on very short notice after a nearby repair shop explained my car wasn't safe to drive after a wreck. They were very accommodating and got me into an almost new full-size car at a fair rate. I called to renew the lease over several weeks while waiting for my car to get fixed and had no problems. I returned the car better than I got it- spic and span, full of gas and it even smelled better- grateful to have a reliable, comfortable vehicle for me and my family to use. They were again pleasant to deal with and even drove me to the repair shop after checking the car back in. It was a good experience for me overall - even under a not-so-fun time dealing with a prolonged car repair.

Worst service. I've my cards canceled. So I made a reservation with my younger sisters cards and they won't give me a car because I used her card. They don't even deserve a single star too.
