We discovered this store couple of months ago bottle wood stove drove 70 MI the only one they had that we were looking for got it home 70% of the fire bricks inside were broken. We wanted the stove bad enough I just decided to eat it. Today we bought our second high ticket item a wood splitter nearly $1,700 got charged $350 for assembly by the store that included the total of 1700 dollars. Again drove the 70 mi got home only to discover there was no engine oil in it and no hydraulic oil in the hydraulic tank. I would assume a place that sells any kind of piece of machinery such as this everything would have been ready to go. The rudest treatment I've had in the store in a very long time they loaded it on my truck and walked in and closed the door no information operation no nothing nothing of assistance or guidance. This is one of the worst experiences that we've had in many many years of buying high dollar and yard equipment type of stuff. Be very weary of this store they have a lot of issues and people with attitudes. It has been 2 years since I first wrote this and after many return visits I have to say "Nothing has changed".
