So refreshing to have an honest car salesman who really wants to find you just want you are looking for at the best possible price. CJ works hard to find just the right deal for his clients and we have benefited twice from his expertise. He is like having your very own personal car buying agent. Tell him what your want and he is on it...with no pressure. A+ in our book.

I'm in the Seattle area and I was looking for a very specific vehicle in a rare limited-edition color. An online search turned up a match at Quality Automotive in Billings. I had my ex-husband call about it, and got a friend of his in the Billings area to go check out the rig. Everything checked out acceptable and a price was agreed upon. I bought my rig without having seen it, and CJ arranged delivery to Seattle for me. He was great to work with, and between him and my bank, the entire process was handled through text messaging and emails. When the rig arrived, it was inspected visually and mechanically, and I am extremely happy with my purchase. Buying a vehicle sight-unseen is a risky proposition, but when you know what you want, you go for it. I am very pleased with the outcome and would happily recommend CJ to friends. :)

If you care about customer service or friendliness - go anywhere else! The owner of this lot is so aloof that it's almost rude. You have to walk into a weird side door that barely opens to even ask a question. Although he may not be a pushy car sales man, you would think a business owner would at least try to show respect in some regard to his potential customers by simply asking if they needed help. I do not recommend buying your car here if you care at all about how you are treated during the process. In response to the owner's comment: Although you do have a 4.1 star rating, your reviews are all from years ago. Your current 2020 customer service skills and friendliness are reflected in your reply. Hence my recommendation... no one that cares about how they are treated should ever buy a car from you.
