As a plumbing vendor, I try to explain to tenants that sometimes the owners of properties can be difficult, and it's no fault of JK. My experience, as a whole, has always been great! I definitely recommend JK whether youre looking for a rental to call home or considering a management company for your own rental. In fact, one of my dear friends is currently in the process of having JK manage her property. The office staff is super; kind and very helpful. JK is a step up in the rental arena.

My husband and I were in an apartment under another company before JK took over the property. During the transition I remember feeling so refreshed with how they handled the everything with customer service and accountability.
